Partner Museum Requirements

To protect the quality, identity and consistency of the 3D Fun Art Museum brand, our partners agree to the following:

  1. The museum uses 3D Fun Art approved artworks and visual concepts in accordance with the partnership agreement.

  2. Official 3D Fun Art background artworks and concepts are used for designated areas such as the entrance, gift shop, Ames Room, Head on the Plate and Upside-Down Room.

  3. Flyers, websites, email communication, advertising materials and museum signage must follow the 3D Fun Art Museum brand guidelines.

  4. The Partner Museum is required to use and sell only official 3D Fun Art Museum merchandise provided or approved by 3D Fun Art and may not sell or display merchandise from unapproved third-party brands.

  5. Each partnership agreement and license applies to one approved museum and territory only. The 3D Fun Art Museum trademark and concept may not be used for additional locations without written approval and a separate agreement.

  6. The Partner may not grant sub-licenses or transfer the rights granted under the partnership agreement to third parties without the prior written consent of 3D Fun Art.

  7. We generally consider approximately 300 m² the minimum size for a 3D Fun Art Museum and recommend approximately 500 m² for the full museum experience. The final suitability of a location depends on its layout, ceiling heights, visitor flow and local market.

License & Development Fees

a.) Initial Investment

Before signing the agreement, 3D Fun Art and the prospective partner will work together to identify and approve a suitable location for the museum.

Once a suitable location has been agreed upon, the partnership agreement will be signed and the first payment of €10,000 becomes due. This payment reserves the project and starts the museum development process.

The remaining €70,000 will be paid during the development of the museum according to the agreed project and payment schedule.

The total Museum Development & Franchise Package is €80,000.

Additional transport, logistics, travel and certain locally required construction or installation costs may apply depending on the location and country.

b.) Monthly Partnership & Support Fee

After the museum opens, the following fixed monthly fee applies:

Year 1: €1,500 per month
Year 2 onwards: €2,500 per month

From Year 3, the monthly fee may be adjusted annually in line with CPI/inflation according to the partnership agreement.

The monthly fee is fixed and is not linked to turnover, ticket sales or visitor numbers. There are no percentage-based royalties.

c.) New Artworks

To keep the museum fresh and attractive for returning visitors, the Partner Museum is expected to introduce at least 5 new or replacement artworks per year, selected in cooperation with 3D Fun Art.

d.) Contract Term

The initial partnership and license agreement has a term of 5 years.

After the initial 5-year period, the partnership may be renewed by mutual agreement between both parties.

e.) Renewal Fee

For each additional 5-year renewal period, a renewal fee of €18,000 applies.

f.) Trademark Protection

The Partner undertakes not to register or use any trademarks, trade names or branding for identical or similar businesses that are identical or confusingly similar to the 3D Fun Art Museum trademark and brand.

Option 2 – Purchase 3D Artworks

If you already operate a museum, amusement park or entertainment venue, or if you would like to open your own museum under your own name and brand, you can purchase individual 3D artworks from our online shop.

Our collection includes more than 80 different 3D artworks, with prices ranging from €1,200 to €4,200 per artwork (excl. VAT), plus transport costs.

We can also create custom 3D artworks based on your own ideas or themes. Development and production usually takes approximately 1–3 weeks per artwork, depending on the complexity.

Prices for custom artworks are available on request.

I hope you will be part of our success!
